Discount Special For Repeat Guests
Any repeat guests staying with us for more than one time during a calendar year will be
eligible to receive a 5% discount on their second stay. The following restrictions apply:
Second stay must occur after Labor Day, and both trips must be for seven nights or longer.
Offer not available with any other discounts. Be sure to mention the discount when booking
your second trip.

| All Fish
& Fiddle cabins are heated, air conditioned, have late model appliances, and have
fully furnished kitchens. All our cabins are either newly built or have been recently
remodeled. All cabins come with at least 2 beds in each bedroom, including our one bedroom
units. We keep them spotlessly clean at all times! |

No Pets Cabins: 5, 16, 17. Most cabins are non-smoking indoors, but smoking is
allowed in all outside areas, including decks and screened porches.

$6 per day, $35 per week. Day visitors by permission only and must be registered at the
office. |

pets are allowed without permission. NO PUPPIES! STRICTLY ENFORCED! If
pets are allowed in the cabin you reserve, there is an $8 per day fee, and a damage
deposit is required. Please phone us for complete pet policy details. |
| Fishing float trips and
guides can be arranged for Norfork Lake, the White and North Fork Rivers. |
| Boat Stall Rates: First
Boat Stall is free with cabin rentals. Extra boat stalls are $20 per day or $80 per week.
All stall rentals are subject to availability. |
Reservations
In order to avoid any misunderstanding, you will be charged for the number of days
reserved. In case of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded upon the rental of your
cabin, less a 10% administration fee. No refunds for cancellations less than 45 days prior
to your scheduled arrival date. Phone reservations will be held 10 days pending receipt of
deposit. Deposit schedule: (for each week reserved) $100.00 One
Bedroom, $200.00 Two Bedroom, $300.00 Three Bedroom, $400 Four Bedroom. Additional
deposit for group rentals. Balance due upon your arrival. Check-in time is 3pm,
check-out is 9am. Day visitors by permission only, and they must be registered at the
office. There's a 5% discount for stays of 2 weeks or more. |
