Unit #17 is a no pets unit that sleeps a
maximum of 12 people.

Located at the resort entrance, unit #17
is a roomy 4 bedroom, 2 bath brick house with a wood burning fireplace and central
heat/AC. Being a full size home unit 17 is roomy. Large families can gather comfortably in
the open flow living/dining/kitchen/deck area. While dining you can enjoy a view of the
lake.
Bedrooms have full size closets, dressers, chests, and
shelves so that you'll have plenty of room for clothing. A guest closet in the foyer gives
more room for hanging clothes.
One of the bedrooms additionally has four twin beds
with a TV/DVD player. This room is great for children who want to watch movies or shows
separte from the living room TV.

The kitchen has modern appliances
including a full-size induction range with oven, microwave oven (over
range), and refrigerator with freezer top. Ample cabinet, drawer, and counter space
makes meal preparation just like home. Two dinette sets comfortably seat up to 12 people.
One seats 8 people, the other seats 4. The 4-place dinette is shown in the photo
above next to the sliding glass door opening to the back deck. The 8-place set is shown in
the photo below.

A wall mounted 32" flat
screen satellite TV is mounted next to the wood burning fireplace. Living room furniture
includes a queen size sleeper sofa and over stuffed chairs.
