Our Two New Custom Deluxe Cottages - Like None Others On The Lake!
Custom built for us in 2004, these two units are no-smoking, no pets units with central heat and air, large living areas, and private walk-out decks facing the forest. Number 16 is a 4 bedroom 2 bath cottage, and number 5 is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. These cottages are like none other on the lake! They were built to our special design which we created based on customer feedback.

Four nights in a 2 bedroom cottage (3-4 people) and 1 guided 1/2 day fishing trip - $660.00 + tax.

Seven nights in a 2 bedroom cottage (3-4 people), a 50hp bass boat for 6 days, and 1 guided 1/2 day fishing trip -$1245.00 + tax & gas.

Seven nights in a 1 bedroom cottage (2 people), a 50hp bass boat for 6 days, and 1 guided 1/2 day fishing trip - $1100.00 + tax & gas.

Four nights in a 3 bedroom cottage (6 people), and a 115 HP Deck Boat (fish/ski) for 3 days - $1150.00 plus tax.

#7: Back To School Special
Starting August 9, 2008, September rates will apply at this time, excluding Labor Day weekend (8-28-08 through 9-1-08).

#8: September Senior & Military Special
Senior Citizens and active Military Personnel take 10% off the already lower September rates.

Appreciation Discount Special For Repeat Guests
Any repeat guests staying with us for more than one time during a calendar year will be eligible to receive a 5% discount on their second stay. The following restrictions apply: Second stay must occur after Labor Day, and both trips must be for seven nights or longer. Offer not available with any other discounts. Be sure to mention the discount when booking your second trip.

All Fish & Fiddle Cottages are heated, air conditioned, have late model appliances, and have fully furnished kitchens. All our cottages are either newly built or have been recently remodeled. All cottages come with at least 2 beds in each bedroom, including our one bedroom units. We keep them spotlessly clean at all times!

All additional guests $6 per day, $35 per week. Day visitors by permission only and must be registered at the office.
No pets are allowed without permission first, and there are cottages that are pet free. If pets are allowed in the cottage you reserve there is an $8 per day fee, and a damage deposit is required. Please phone us for complete pet policy details.
Fishing float trips and guides can be arranged for Norfork Lake, the White and North Fork Rivers.

Reservations
In order to avoid any misunderstanding, you will be charged for the number of days reserved. In case of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded upon the rental of your cottage, less a 10% administration fee. No refunds for cancellations less than 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Phone reservations will be held 10 days pending receipt of deposit. Deposit schedule: (for each week reserved) $100.00 One Bedroom, $200.00 Two Bedroom, $300.00 Three Bedroom, $400 Four Bedroom. Additional deposit for group rentals. Balance due upon your arrival. Check-in time is 3pm, check-out is 9am. Day guests by permission only, and they must be registered at the office. There's a 5% discount for stays of 2 weeks or more.
